Terms of Service

Welcome to Packaging Review, a YouTube thumbnail and title review service. The Creator Playbook is a product of John Malecki LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the service at packaging-review.creator-playbook.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Packaging Review analyzes user-submitted thumbnails and titles using AI and proprietary scoring frameworks developed by John Malecki. The Service provides feedback and suggestions but does not guarantee any specific outcome (such as increased views, click-through rate, or channel growth).
2. Accounts
You may access the Service through Google Sign-In or by creating an email-and-password account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@creator-playbook.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
- Free plan: 3 reviews per day, per user.
- Pro plan: Unlimited reviews for $9 USD per month, billed through Stripe.
- Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months.
- We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates a third party's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract our scoring framework, prompts, or model outputs for resale or competitive use.
- Use the Service to generate thumbnails or titles for content that violates YouTube's policies or any applicable law.
- Share your account credentials or use the Service on behalf of multiple users to circumvent plan limits.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to the thumbnails and titles you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your submissions through third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating your review. We do not sell your uploaded content or use it to train external models.
6. Intellectual Property
The Packaging Pyramid framework, our prompts, scoring logic, benchmarks, and all site copy and designs are the property of John Malecki LLC. The feedback generated by the Service is yours to use, but the underlying methodology is not licensed to you.
7. AI-Generated Output
Reviews and suggestions are generated by AI and may occasionally be incorrect, inconsistent, or incomplete. Use your judgement. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service's output.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Malecki LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop operating the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by contacting support.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
